sałatka grecka z flagą

The iconic version of the village salad commonly known as the Greek, is thickly chopped vegetables without the addition of lettuce. Some variations of this dish include anchovies, capers and wine vinegar. The traditional version is served in a glass bowl and decorated with basil. Sometimes toasts are also served. We guarantee that mixing the salad before eating will give it a better taste and appearance. The Greeks add a large amount of olive oil to it, which they eat at the end by soaking the bread in it.
